Vitamin K Might Slow Insulin Resistance Among Senior Males

Diabetes is a disease that affects millions of people all of the United States and the World. It is a disease that effects how the body handles blood sugar. Affecting 1 out of 5 seniors over 75, diabetes is becoming increasingly common among seniors.

A recent study completed at the Jean Mayer Human Nutrition Research Center seems to indicates that vitamin K can actually help slow insulin resistance among males over the age of sixty.
